Columbus Square

Columbus Square is a residential community located in Irvine, California, near Irvine Center Drive and Kensington Park Drive. It sits on the former Marine Corps base and is part of the greater Tustin area.
The neighborhood includes approximately 1,000 homes spread across eight different developments. It was built by two developers, Lennar Homes and William Lyon Homes, and features a mix of attached townhomes, detached townhomes, and single-family residences.

Columbus Square is known for its architectural variety, designed to avoid a uniform “cookie-cutter” appearance. Home styles include Tudor, French, California Bungalow, Craftsman, and Colonial designs. Homes typically offer between two and five bedrooms, with a wide range of sizes and price points.

The community offers several HOA amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pools, spa, playgrounds, barbecue areas, and outdoor gathering spaces, making it a family-friendly neighborhood.

Students in Columbus Square are served by the Tustin Unified School District, with Marjorie Veeh Elementary School, A.G. Currie Middle School, and Tustin High School as the assigned schools. The community was recognized as one of the fastest-selling neighborhoods in Orange County in 2009.
