North Tustin

Welcome to North Tustin

While it shares a name with neighboring Tustin, North Tustin is distinctly its own. As Orange County’s largest unincorporated community, North Tustin may be less than seven square miles, but it certainly makes up for its size in terms of its selection of beautiful homes and large homesites in a suburban setting.

Previously called the Tustin Foothills, North Tustin provides space for more than 10,000 homes, represented by the nonprofit Foothill Communities Association. Built over a series of decades, mostly single-family homes in a variety of designs dot the community, where prices sometimes reach high above $1 million. It’s common to find selections including estate sized properties with a large amount of living space, mid-century pool homes and remodeled ranch-style homes in North Tustin.

The affluent and highly educated community of North Tustin borders Tustin and Orange, making it easy for local residents to shop, dine and explore many other nearby communities in the region. It’s also easy to venture out to any one of the local grocery stores or retailers in this family-friendly community.

Other options include the plentiful greenspace in locations such as Bent Tree Park, offering up space for a playground and picnic. Highly rated public schools covering North Tustin sit within the Orange Unified School District and the Tustin Unified School District.
